6. Payments

Payment may be required before coaching sessions, workshops, or digital products are delivered. Prices may change without prior notice. Recurring memberships will continue until canceled according to the applicable subscription terms.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule appointments with reasonable advance notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees as described in individual coaching agreements.

8. Refund Policy

Because coaching, digital products, workshops, and educational materials involve immediate access to intellectual property and reserved scheduling time, refunds may be limited or unavailable unless otherwise stated in writing. Any specific refund guarantees offered for a program will be honored according to their stated terms.

13. Artificial Intelligence Features

Some Thrive Mindset services and Prioritask features may incorporate artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, coaching prompts, summaries, or productivity suggestions. AI-generated content is intended to supplement—not replace—your own judgment or professional advice. Users should independently evaluate recommendations before acting on them.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrive Mindset Coaching & Consulting, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, services, products, or applications.
