What does the coaching process look like?

FREE DISCOVERY CALL

During this 30-minute call, we will review your immediate needs, opportunities, budget, and mutual fit. These calls are a two-way street – we provide insights and potential solutions, and the potential client shares their needs and aspirations. We can then develop a program and schedule a follow-up call.

  • Our weekly coaching meetings are designed to benefit clients by raising understanding and promoting a positive attitude. We recommend assessments and 360-degree reviews to track progress. We focus on enhancing essential skills such as confidence, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, overcoming self-limiting beliefs, and taking action to navigate challenges.

COACHING KICK-OFF/ INTAKE

Once the personalized program is finalized and contracts signed, this intake meeting sets goals and expectations. During the first intake session, we will review the process and assessments and set expectations. We will also discuss goals, areas for growth, values, what success looks like, and how we will measure progress.

  • This will be a chance to learn more about your needs, how we can best work together, and discuss potential solutions. If sponsored, I’ll meet with the coachee to see if there is a mutual fit. Then we will come back together to finalize the strategy and contract and then we will send the welcome packet.

(NOTE: Coaching will only work if the client is interested and willing to be coached)

I look forward to speaking with you!

WEEKLY COACHING & PROGRESS REVIEW

Coachee is accountable for scheduling the sessions. In these sessions, the coachee drives the session, & the coach engages,

  • helping to expand insights, and facilitating the action plan. The coach will also share the results of assessments and 360 feedback.

If coaching is sponsored, the coach will also organize feedback sessions with the sponsor/leader/HRPB as needed.

(NOTE: the coach will be available for calls, emails, and texts at pre-blocked times throughout the relationship to ensure the coachee receives ongoing support and feels supported and empowered through the process.

MID-WAY & FEEDBACK SESSIONS

The coach and coachee will schedule a goals review to track progress, share additional 360 feedback, and

  • facilitates a 'stop, start, continue' reflection exercise. Additionally, the coach align with the leader, sponsor, or HR Business Partner on progress and the development/growth plan.

THRIVE THROUGH GROWTH

Towards the conclusion of the coaching program, the coach will collaborate with the Manager and HRBP to devise a transition and development plan in preparation for the end of the assignment. As the coachee

  • works towards their goals, utilizing new insights, perspectives, and actions, the option to potentially extend the partnership and/or conduct follow-up assessments within the program to monitor progress will be available.
